Uniquely Maid Cleaning Service LLC

1. Agreement to Terms
By booking or using services from Uniquely Maid Cleaning Service LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services based on the service details agreed upon at booking.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate conditions.
3. Scheduling & Access
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the property.
If access is not available within 15 minutes of arrival, the appointment may be canceled and charged.
4. Payments
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and 24-hour notice for same week reschedule. This gives us the time to try and fill the employees’ schedules so that they are not missing out on hours.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged up to the full service amount.
6. Text Messaging & Communications
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive service-related messages such as:
- Appointment confirmations
- Service updates
- Billing notifications
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for messages.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP.
Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only for communication related to our services. Users must be 18 or older.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service. We will re-clean the affected area when appropriate.
8. Breakage & Damage
Damage must be reported within 24 hours. Liability is limited to repair or replacement value.
9. Safety & Working Conditions
We may leave and cancel service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate. Service charges may still apply.
10. Pets
Pets must be secured or disclosed before service.
11. Pricing Adjustments
Heavily soiled or misrepresented properties may require additional time and/or cost.
12. Non-Solicitation of Staff
Clients agree not to hire our staff directly during service or for 12 months after the last service. A $2,500 placement fee applies.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
15. Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
